Craig Friesland is the founder of Friesland Law Firm Pllc (founded in 2005), GVC Venture Corp.
(founded in 1987), Halo Group, Inc. (founded in 2007), and Halo Cos., Inc. (founded in 2004).
He held the title of Chief Legal Officer at GVC Venture Corp.
in 2010.
He was also the Director & Chief Legal Officer at Halo Group, Inc. and Secretary & Director at Halo Cos., Inc. He is currently a Member of the Dallas Bar Association and a Member of the State Bar of Texas since 1998.
Mr. Friesland has an MBA from Baylor University, an undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin, and a graduate degree from Baylor Law School (conferred in 1998).
