Mr. Stephen M.
Norton, CPA, is Executive Vice President at Value Partners Investments, Inc. He has been with the company since its inception.
Prior to being the Executive Vice President, he helped raise capital to fund the company in its initial phase as the Director of Marketing.
Prior to his time at Value Partners Investments, Mr. Norton worked at one of Canada’s largest mutual fund companies and its largest bank.
He received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA).
