McMahon is an Executive Director & Chief Investment Officer at Charter Hall Social Infrastructure REIT, a Chief Investment Officer at Charter Hall Group, Charter Hall Property Securities Management Ltd., Charter Hall Social Infrastructure Ltd. and Charter Hall Holdings Pty Ltd. He is on the Board of Directors at Charter Hall Social Infrastructure REIT.
He has over 35 years of property, construction, finance and investment banking experience in the real estate sector and is active in the listed, wholesale and direct capital markets.
He is responsible for the Group’s strategy,balance sheet investments, mergers and acquisitions, and development.
He brings a wealth of experience across investment markets, diversified across office, industrial, retail, social and residential sectors.
He has been responsible for driving the development of corporate strategies, capital allocation and reinvestment programs.
Mr. McMahon was previously employed as an Executive GM-Commercial & Industrial Division by Frasers Property Australia Pty Ltd. He also spent seven years at Macquarie Bank as a senior executive in the Property Investment Banking division undertaking property finance, structured finance, funds management and joint venture transactions.
