Mr. Kalt was the founder of Dixie Gold, Inc., founded in 2011, and held the titles of Chairman, President & Secretary in 2026.
Mr. Kalt currently holds the positions of Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Rottenstone Gold, Inc. since 2025, Chairman at Red Lake Gold, Inc. since 2019, and Member at the Law Society of Alberta since 2010.
