Mr. Robert Mead, CFA, is Co-head of Asia-Pacific Portfolio Management at PIMCO Australia Pty Ltd. He is a Managing Director in the Sydney office and co-head of Asia-Pacific portfolio management.
He co-oversees the portfolio management teams in the region.
Previously, he was a Portfolio Manager in Munich and head of the European investment grade corporate bond team.
He joined PIMCO in 2003.
He has over 31 years of investment experience
Mr. Mead worked as Global Head of Investment Grade Credit Research and head of non-U.S.
high grade fund management at Citigroup Asset Management in London.
Mr. Mead holds an undergraduate degree from University of Technology, Sydney and a graduate diploma in Applied Finance from Securities Institute of Australia.
