Philipp Levy

Mr. Philipp Levy is Head of Marketing & Investor Relations at Mudrick Capital Management LP.
Prior to joining Mudrick Capital Management LP, in March 2010, Mr. Levy was the founder and Managing Partner at EastView Advisors, LLC, a New York based hedge fund consulting and marketing firm that represented Mudrick Capital Management exclusively.
Before founding EastView Advisors, LLC, he was Head of Marketing and Investor Relations at Laurus/Valens Capital Management, LLC, a New York based 1.8 billion dollars asset based lending firm.
He joined it from Paulson & Company; a 32 billion dollars New York based hedge fund where he was Co-Head of Marketing and Investor Relations.
Previously, he was a Senior Managing Director and Global Head of the Capital Introduction Group at Bear Stearns & Co. Mr. Levy has over twenty five years of experience working in financial markets in New York, London and Zurich, selling a variety of financial products including hedge funds, private placements, venture capital funds, convertible bonds, and warrants to institutional investors in the United States and overseas.
Mr. Levy grew up and received his education in Zurich, Switzerland and graduated with a national degree in banking administration.
He speaks several languages and is fluent in English, Swiss German, German and French and conversant in Italian.
