Mr. Philip N.
Weingord is a Founder, Managing Principal & Chief Executive Officer at Seer Capital Management LP, a Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Seer Mortgage Capital, Inc. and a Chief Executive Officer & Managing Principal at Seer Mortgage Capital Advisor LLC.
He has overall management responsibility for Seer Capital, including all investment decisions, strategic planning, and business development for the firm.
Prior to Seer Capital, Mr. Weingord was Head of Global Markets Americas for Deutsche Bank.
His responsibilities included oversight over all of Deutsche Bank’s Fixed Income and Derivatives activities in the U.S.
Prior to this appointment, Mr. Weingord was Head of Global Securitized Products, which included Asset-Backed Securities, CLO/CDOs and Mortgage-Backed Securities.
Mr. Weingord was on the Board of Directors of Deutsche Bank Securities, Inc. from 2004 to 2008 and a member of the Deutsche Bank Global Markets Executive Committee from 2001 to 2008.
Prior to joining Deutsche Bank in March 2000, Mr. Weingord was Global Co-Head of Securitized Products at Credit Suisse First Boston, which he joined in 1986.
Mr. Weingord holds a B.S.
in Computer Science from SUNY-Albany.
