Philip C.
Wilkins is a member of the American Dental Association and the South Carolina Dental Association.
He was an Independent Director and Director at Provident Community Bancshares, Inc. and Provident Community Bank NA respectively from 1999 to 2014.
He was also a Director at Community Federal Savings Bank and Winnsboro Downtown Development.
In 1992, he served as the President of Winnsboro Rotary Club and Winnsboro Cotillion.
He received his undergraduate degrees from Medical University of South Carolina in 1981 and Clemson University in 1977.
Currently, he holds positions at the American Dental Association and South Carolina Dental Association.
