Olaynack is Chief Operating Officer & Research Analyst at Axial Capital Management LLC.
Prior to joining Axial Capital, Mr. Olaynack was with New York-based investment bank Morgan Joseph & Co. Most recently, he was Co-Head of its Financial Sponsors Group which focuses on hedge funds, private equity firms, and family offices.
He worked as Senior Managing Director and Head of Business Development Effort at Bear, Stearns & Co, Inc from 2004 to 2006.
He was also the Chief Financial Officer, President of Enterprise Account Division and Member, Board of Directors at Heritage Marketing Corporation, Associate at Bankers Trust, and Analyst at Salomon Brothers.
Mr. Olaynack received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from University of Pennsylvania-The Wharton School.
