Nobuhle Dlamini

Nobuhle Judith Dlamini is the founder of Mbekani Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd., The Mkhiwa Trust, Mbekani Health & Wellbeing Pty Ltd., Mbekani Group (Pty) Ltd. She currently holds the position of Chairman at Masibulele Pharmaceuticals (Pty) Ltd. and CEPPWAWU Development Trust.
She is also a Non-Executive Director at Eyomhlaba Investment Holdings Ltd., Imithi Investments (Pty) Ltd., and a Member of the South African National AIDS Council.
In her former positions, she served as Chairman at Aspen Pharmacare Holdings Ltd. from 2012 to 2013, Independent Non-Executive Director at Anglo American Plc from 2014 to 2016, and Independent Non-Executive Director at Northam Platinum Ltd. from 2009 to 2013.
She also held various Non-Executive Director roles at Woolworths Holdings Ltd., Tourism Investment Corp.
Ltd., Gijima Group Ltd., and Discovery Holdings Ltd. Additionally, she worked as a Consultant at HSBC Investment Bank Plc in 2003.
Ms. Dlamini completed her undergraduate degree at the University of KwaZulu-Natal and obtained an MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand in 1999.
