Muhammad Hussain

Muhammad Hussain joined Portfolio Advisors in 2022 and is a Vice President on the Senior Credit team.
Muhammad is primarily engaged in the origination, evaluation, structuring, execution, and monitoring of senior credit investments by the firm.
Previously, he was a Vice President on the Private Credit team at Benefit Street Partners where he was responsible for identifying and underwriting potential private capital transactions for middle market companies and private equity sponsors in connection with leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, growth financings and other corporate transactions.
Prior to that, Muhammad was an Associate at BDCA Adviser, LLC, where he focused on private debt investments in middle market companies.
Muhammad began his career as an investment banker on the Leveraged Finance team at The Royal Bank of ScotlandHe received his undergraduate degree from The Leonard N Stern School of Business.
