Fleischer was the founder of Spirit Realty Capital, Inc. (founded in 2003) where he held the title of Chairman from 2005 to 2010, and STORE Capital Corp.
(founded in 2011) where he held the title of Non-Executive Chairman from 2011 to 2021.
Mr. Fleischer is also the founder of Franchise Finance Corp.
of America.
He received his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
