Welle, CFA, is a Director & Senior Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at US Bancorp Asset Management, Inc. He manages tax exempt money market fund as well as tax exempt and tax-efficient institutional separately managed accounts.
As a member of the investment team, he assists in setting the strategy for our institutional portfolios and money market funds.
