Warman is General Counsel and Secretary of The Andrew W.
Mellon Foundation.
Prior to joining the Foundation in 1999, she was an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell and a Law Clerk at the US Court of Appeals.
Ms. Warman is a Member of the US Supreme Court Bar Association, S.D.N.Y., the Eastern District of New York, the New York State Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Washington State Bar Association.
She is a Member of Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School of Public & International Affairs' Advisory Council.
Ms. Warman received an AB from Princeton University in 1982, a BA degree from the University of Oxford in 1985, and a JD from the Harvard Law School in 1988.
