Formerly, Mr. Coleman served as the Chairman of Ingenia Communities Group from 2011 to 2012, Deputy Chairman of the Financial Reporting Council (Australia), Chairman of ING Management Ltd. from 2011 to 2012, Independent Chairman of Bingo Industries Pty Ltd., and National Managing Partner-Risk & Regulation at KPMG LLP from 2002 to 2010.
