Mehul Patel

Prior to joining Graham Partners in 2006, Mr. Patel worked for the Investment Banking Division of Lehman Brothers in New York where he primarily focused on mergers & acquisitions and financing transactions for large-scale industrial companies.
Prior to Lehman Brothers, Mr. Patel worked for the Assurance Business Advisory Services Division of PriceWaterhouseCoopers in New York.
At PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Patel focused on financial statement assurance, financial reporting, SEC and regulatory filings and internal control review for companies such as AIG, JP Morgan and Knight Trading.
Mr. Patel earned his B.B.A. in Accounting from Pace University, Magna Cum Laude.
Mr. Patel passed the C.P.A. Examination in 2002.
