Matt Mead

Mr. Matthew G.
Mead is a Principal at Chickasaw Capital Management LLC.
He is on the Board of Directors at Oakworth Capital Bank and Oakworth Capital, Inc. He is Co-Founder and is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.
Mr. Mead began his investment career at Goldman Sachs & Co. where he served over 9 years and was a Vice President.
He began managing Midstream assets on a discretionary basis during his tenure at Goldman Sachs.
He has diverse investment experience across public and private equity, fixed income, and derivative markets.
He received his B.S.
from Birmingham-Southern College in 1990, double majoring in Economics and Finance.
He received an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University in 1992.
