Mark Dermott

Mark Dermott is Senior Vice President of Franchise and Strategic Alliances for Talent Tree Crystal, Inc. and a Member of the International Franchise Association and the American Staffing Association.
He joined Talent Tree Crystal as Senior Vice President of the Franchise Division in June 2003 and served as Vice President of Training and Development, Northeast Regional Vice President and Area Vice President from 1989 to 1993.
Prior to joining Talent Tree Crystal, Mr. Dermott was Vice President of the Franchise and License Division and Vice President of Southern Healthcare Region for Spherion.
He began his career at TRC in 1984.
Mr. Dermott has over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry.
