Majed Qastandy Sifri is the founder.
He founded Applications Technology, Inc. in 1990 and Redline Communications, Inc. in 2004.
At Applications Technology, Inc., he held the title of Chairman, President & Managing Partner.
At Redline Communications, Inc., he served as the President & Chief Executive Officer.

He is also the Chief Executive Officer at National Computer Co. Ltd Optimiza, a Director at Arab Bank Plc (Dubai), and a Director at Information Technology Association of Jordan.
In his former positions, Mr. Sifri served as the Vice Chairman at Redline Communications Group, Inc. from 2009 to 2010.
