Amanullah is the founder of Aman Group Foundation, Gulshan North Club.
He currently holds multiple chairman positions, including Chairman of Aman Spinning Mills Ltd., Mousumi Enterprises Ltd., Arena Industries Ltd., Arena HRI Ltd., Arena Consumer Products, Arena Securities Ltd., Samp Ltd., Dayton Holdings Ltd., and H.P.
Chemicals Ltd. He is also a Director of AmaderShomoy.
Com, Daily Amader Shomoy, Mercantile Bank Securities Ltd., and a Non-Executive Director of Mercantile Bank PLC.
Additionally, he serves as a Member of the Governing Board at Metropolitan University, Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd., Chittagong Stock Exchange Ltd., Institute of Business & Information Technology, and Ayat College of Nursing & Health Sciences.
Previously, he held the position of Chairman at Global Insurance Ltd., Aman Group Ltd., and Presidency University.
He was also the Chairman of Mercantile Bank Foundation from 2019 to 2020 and a Director at IDLC Finance Plc.
Mr. Amanullah completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Dhaka.
