Leila Jacy

Leila Jacy joined Tishman Speyer in 2015 and is responsible for overseeing the growth of Tishman Speyer’s residential and commercial portfolio across Brazil.
She leads the firm’s regional Acquisitions, Development, Marketing, Property Management, Leasing, and Design & Construction.
Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, she was the director of development at Stan Disinvolvement Imobiliário, where she managed commercial and residential projects with a particular focus on São Paulo State.
Previously, Leila was the director of Lopes Consultoria de Imóveis, where she was responsible for origination, structuring and development of real estate assets.
She has over 17 years of experience in real estate development, brokerage, and marketing, with expertise in the Brazilian real estate market value chain.
Leila has been responsible for over 200 launches with an overall sales volume surpassing $5 billion.
She holds a BA in public relations from Centro Universitário Sant’Anna and a real estate market specialization from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado.
