Tuckerman also constructed a customized, liquid EPRA ex-UK Index, which allows investors to independently manage their exposure to the predominant country of the region. The firm offers a global liquid real estate securities index strategy. They created a customized liquid global index that meets minimal trading and liquidity requirements, but maintains the important diversification characteristics of the broader global real estate securities universe. Investors can independently allocate exposure to the six geographical regions that comprise the global real estate securities index.
