Katherine Hays was the founder of Massive, Inc. (founded in 2003) and Vivoom, Inc. (founded in 2014) where she held the titles of Chief Operating & Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer, respectively.
Currently, she holds positions as an Independent Director at Ubisoft Entertainment SA, Technicolor Creative Studios SA, and Director at American Friends of the Louvre, Musée du Louvre, International Museum of Cartoon Art, and International Museum of Photography & Film.
Her former positions include Chief Executive Officer & Director at GenArts, Inc., Senior Director at Microsoft Corp., and Equity Research Analyst at Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, among others.
She holds an MBA from Harvard University and an undergraduate degree from Princeton University.
