Jody Dietel

Jody Dietel was the founder of Creative Benefits, Inc. (founded in 1989) where she served as the Chief Executive Officer from 1989 to 2008.
She currently holds multiple positions including Chairman at Employers Council on Flexible Compensation since 2006, Director & Vice President at Special Interest Group for IIAS Standards, Inc. since 2006, Member-HSA Council Board at American Bankers Association, Inc. since 2012, and Member-Policy Board at American Benefits Council.
In her former roles, Ms. Dietel was the Chief Compliance Officer at WageWorks, Inc. from 2008 to 2009, and held positions as Principal at Towers Watson Ltd. and The Prudential Insurance Company of America, Inc. She also has an undergraduate degree from Bethel University.
