Gilbert Gibson

Gilbert Gibson is a Director of Diamondback Energy Services, Inc. He is a Director of IBC Bank since July 2004.
Prior to joining Diamondback Energy Services, Dr. Gibson was an Advisory Director at Local Oklahoma Bank from November 1998 to July 2004.
Before joining Local Oklahoma Bank, he was a Director at First Southwest Bank, Arrowhead Federal Savings and Loan, Heartland Federal Savings and Loan Association, BankSouth Corp., First Bank of Chattanooga and Mustang State Bank from July 1969 to November 1998.
Previously, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Citizens Bank from May 1975 to November 1998 and First Commercial Bank from March 1985 to April 1995.
Dr. Gibson was Chairman of the Lawton Fort Sill Chamber of Commerce from June 1989 to June 1990 and the Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce from June 1991 June 1992.
He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oklahoma State University and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.
