Mr. Douglas N.
Wells is Managing Principal at Lazard Real Estate Partners LLC and President at InTown Suites Management, Inc. Prior to joining LREP in 1997, he was with The Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York/ARES Realty Capital, Inc. from 1993.
He was a Vice President from 1995 to 1997 responsible for restructuring non-performing real estate loans and asset management, property management and leasing of the parent company’s equity real estate investments.
Mr. Wells was with Shelter Corporation of Canada Limited from 1988 to 1991, where he was involved with property development, leasing, and management of office, retail and multi-family assets.
Mr. Wells received a BA from Trent University and an MBA from the University of Denver.
