Mr. Walsh was a Director of Havemeyer Equities, Inc. from November 2005 to June 2006.
Mr. Walsh was Chief Operating Partner of the Northeast Risk and Advisory Services of KPMG, First Leader of the Northeast Audit Advisory Services from 1998 to 2001 and a Partner-in-Charge of the Audit Quality Office from 2002 to 2005.
He retired from KPMG as a Partner in the Office of the Vice Chairman of Audit and Advisory Services in 2005.
