At CareyKramer Company, from 2000 to 2004, he specialized in commercial mortgage banking where he managed a $2 billion debt portfolio of real estate properties.
Prior to Carey Kramer, he managed a portfolio of real estate properties in the Southeast United States at The Rubenstein Company.
He received his Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania in 1989 and his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University in 1984.
