Neiman Capital Management manages the Neiman Large Cap Value Fund. The Fund invests primarily in the common stocks of undervalued companies with a market-cap of $5 billion or more. In general, the Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in the common stocks of large-cap companies. The Fund may sell or write covered call options against the stocks in its portfolio. The Fund is a non-diversified portfolio. Neiman tends to invest in the stocks of US and Canadian companies in the consumer non-durables, energy minerals, utilities and transportation sectors.
