Potts is currently the Chairman at Heritage Construction & Materials since 2012.
He is also a Director at both the American Road & Transportation Builders Association and Banks Construction Co. Additionally, Mr. Potts has held former positions as Chairman at the National Center for Asphalt Technology and the International Center For Aggregates Research.
He was also the Construction Director at the Florida Department of Transportation.
From 2014 to 2023, he served as an Independent Director at Astec Industries, Inc. Mr. Potts was previously a Senior Vice President at Ashland LLC and the President of APAC, Inc.
