Carlo Gatto holds a degree in Economics.
He worked with Fiat Group from 1969 until 2004.
Carlo Gatto began his career in Fiat SpA’s head-offices in 1969 and was involved in the management of the European sales branches of Fiat Auto.
Until 1979 Carlo Gatto was in charge of their Swiss company Internazionale Holding Fiat.
From then onwards - until 1990 - he was responsible of Fiat Group balance-sheets.
From 1990 to 1998, Carlo Gatto was in charge of Internal Audit of Fiat Group’s Industrial companies and until 2000 he was Chief Administration Officer.
From 2000 to 2004 he was Chief Executive Officer and Vice President of Fiat Business Solutions.
In 2005 Carlo Gatto established - together with a team of managers - the International Advising & Managing (IAM), of which he is currently a member as well as President.
