Carl Shapiro

Carl Shapiro has been a Professor of Business Strategy for the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley since 1990.
Dr. Shapiro has been Director of the Institute of Business and Economic Research at the University of California at Berkeley since 1998.
He co-founded The Tilden Group LLC in October 1996.
From August 1995 to June 1996, Dr. Shapiro was Deputy Assistant Attorney General of Economics for the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice.
He was a Director of CRA International, Inc. from June 2000 to June 18, 2008.
Dr. Shapiro received a PhD degree in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1981.
