Brandon Davis

Mr. Brandon Davis is a Managing Director & Senior CLO Portfolio Manager at Clearlake Capital Asset Management LLC.
He joined the firm as a Senior Portfolio Analyst in 2013.
Mr. Davis has over 11 years of relevant experience, investing primarily in the credit markets.
Prior to joining the firm, he was an Associate Director in the Proprietary Investing group of ORIX USA, where he managed a portfolio of syndicated bank debt, high yield bonds, equities, and derivatives.
His responsibilities included idea generation, underwriting, ongoing surveillance, and making trade recommendations to the Portfolio Managers.
Prior to ORIX, Mr. Davis was an Analyst at Sanctuary Capital Management, a hedge fund focused on investments in syndicated bank debt.
He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was an associate in the Dispute Analysis and Investigations group.
Mr. Davis was also named to the Investment Committee of Trinitas Capital Management in August 2015.
Mr. Davis received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude, and a Masters of Science degree in Financial Management from Texas A&M University.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charter holder and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Texas.
