Caritas Capital LLC
Caritas Capital LLC Investment ManagersFinance Caritas Capital's stock selection approach focuses on selecting stocks using a fundamental research approach. The firm seeks to achieve attractive long-term returns for investors in the Caritas All-Cap Growth Fund while employing hedging strategies designed to preserve capital in volatile markets. The Caritas Capital All-Cap Growth Fund invests primarily in the common stocks of companies that have the potential for above-average future growth potential relative to their peers. Caritas Capital typically hedges the fund's long positions in equity securities through short investments in ETFs. The fund invests in companies of all market-caps and in all industries that are traded on any US stock exchange or OTC market. The Fund generally holds its equity positions for 1 to 3 years, but may trade more actively if market conditions warrant. The fund typically holds 25 to 40 equity investments at a time; however, it may occasionally hold more or less positions. When selecting equities for the fund, Caritas Capital looks for companies with: (1) stocks with per share prices greater than $5.00 (2) stocks with average daily trading volumes of at least 100,000 during the previous year (3) projected earnings growth greater than the S&P 500 Index and (4) stocks that have upside potential that is 3 or more times greater than the stock's downside risk. Caritas Capital also looks for companies whose current p/b ratio is below its 5-year average and whose price-to-forward earnings ratio relative to the S&P 500 index is below historical average. For the Fund's short positions, Caritas Capital usually invests in ETFs that directly hold short positions in a broad index of securities of which the Fund's portfolio securities may be a part. A security will usually be sold when it reaches the target price target (floor or ceiling) the firm has determined. A stock may also be sold if there are changes in its fundamentals or if the firm identifies better investment alternatives. Though not limited by sector, Caritas Capital tends to invest in the stocks of companies in the electronic technology, healthcare Technology, consumer services and consumer durables sectors. The firm is an all-cap investor. | Grundare | - |

Portfolio Capital Management, Inc.
Portfolio Capital Management, Inc. Investment ManagersFinance Portfolio Capital Management (PCM) is a large-cap and mid-cap growth investor. The firm's equity investment approach focuses on value and earnings growth momentum. They utilize a financial screening computer program to identify potential investments. PCM looks for companies with a low relative p/e ratio, strong financial quality, above average historical and future growth rates, low debt-to-equity and the high probability of price appreciation due to current earnings momentum. The firm employs a strict limitation on the allowable p/e ratio. PCM's fixed-income investment approach seeks to provide positive rates of return in various economic environments and to reduce the volatility in large portfolios by investing in a more conservative mix of securities. Portfolios are structured in the 1 to 10 year maturity range. The firm emphases the 3 to 7 year maturity sector. Maturity structure is adjusted based on the firm's outlook on interest rates. PCM's balanced investment strategy seeks to provide an overall approach to the asset allocation decision. PCM structures portfolios based on each client's investment objectives and risk tolerance. When markets are weak, they may slightly reduce the portfolio's equity component and raise the fixed-income portion. This results in a purchasing opportunity for the firm when the market outlook is more favorable for equities. The components represented in the firm's traditional equity and fixed-income accounts portray the asset mix between stocks and bonds in their balanced accounts. | Direktör för Forskning - Aktier | - |
