Charter’s services include customs and export brokerage and compliance services, duty drawback consulting and claims processing, and administration of storage and distribution facilities for foreign-trade zone status jet fuel.
Bill was responsible for the growth of Charter from a start-up to an industry leader, and in 2014 oversaw the sale of the business to Berkshire Hathaway.
Prior to Charter, Bill was a partner in the international trade law firm of Phelan & Mitri.
Bill holds J.D.
from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Holy Cross College, where he serves as a trustee.
