Attila Borbély

Attila Borbély is currently the Chairman-Supervisory Board at Magyar Telekom Telecommunications Plc and Chinacham Hungary.
He is also a Member of Public Bodies at the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, a Professor-Emeritus at the University of Debrecen, and a Member of the Supervisory Board at Magyar Közgazdasági Társaság, the University of Physical Education, and TritonLife Holding Zrt.
In the past, Mr. Borbély served as the Director & Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Allianz Hungária Biztosító Zrt.
from 1996 to 2001.
He was also the Chairman of Magyar Export-Import Bank Zrt., the Chairman-Supervisory Board of Magyar Nemzeti Vagyonkezelo Zrt., and the Chairman of the Association of Hungarian Insurance Co. Additionally, he held the position of Chairman at Nemzeti Eszközkezelo Zrt.
and was the Strategic Director & Associate Professor at Szolnok University College from 2006 to 2008.
He has also worked as a Professor at Wekerle Business School.
Mr. Borbély's education includes an MBA from Brunel University, an undergraduate degree from the University of Phoenix, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Pecs.
