Ada Pan

Ada Pan joined Tishman Speyer 2019 as part of China’s Acquisitions team.
In this role, she focuses on growing the firm’s regional business through large-scale projects and new asset classes, such as data centers and life science projects.
Prior to joining Tishman Speyer, Ada was a founding partner and fund manager of Shanghai Yangpu Riverside Innovative Fund where she was responsible for fundraising, investment, asset management, and exit.
During her tenure with the fund, she established the fund entities, raised RMB funds through ABS, and invested in Shanghai with a top Chinese developer.
Ada also spent time at ING Real Estate/CBRE Global Investors, where she worked as the head of acquisitions in China.
Ada holds a Master of Law from Fudan University and a Bachelor of Art in Finance and Investment from Shanghai-New York International School, jointly established by City University of New York and University of Shanghai for Science & Technology.
