Peter F. McAree

Peter F.
McAree held several positions in different companies throughout his career.
He started as a Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen LLP in 1986 and later became the Chief Financial Officer at Geerlings & Wade, Inc. in 1995.
He then worked as the Executive Vice President & Vice President-Finance at Elcom International, Inc. in 1997.
In 2000, he became the Chief Financial Officer at Iconomy.com, Inc. and later at Zymark Corp.
In 2010, he became the CFO, SVP & Head-Investor Relations at Caliper Life Sciences, Inc. He also served as the President of Elcom Systems, Inc. from 2008 to 2008 and as the Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President at HeartWare International, Inc. in 2012.
Mr. McAree received his undergraduate degree from Bentley University in 1986.
