Michael Alexander Thompson

Michael has over a decade of experience in financial services, predominantly in the real estate finance sector.
Prior to joining Falco in January 2020, he worked at both Lloyds Bank and Barclays, structuring transactions across a wide spectrum of asset classes and managing a portfolio of some of the UK’s largest listed and private real estate clients.
Michael is responsible for originating, structuring and executing both debt and equity investments for Falco’s Luxembourg based real estate fund, with a particular focus on the residential, “Build-to-Rent”, student accommodation and leisure sectors.
He holds an MBA from UCEM and a degree in Economics from the University of Surrey.
