Lionel Clément

Mr. Lionel Clément is a Co Head of Fixed Income at Lazard Frères Gestion SAS. He is responsible for the Alpha management division (high yield bonds, emerging debt and subordinated bank debt).
He works in close collaboration with the equity research team which participates in the diagnosis of the financial solidity of bond issuers.
He joined Lazard Frères Gestion in 2010.
Between 2004 and 2009, he was responsible for managing bond portfolios for his own account within the Natixis CIB .
In the Crédit Agricole group between 1987 and 2004, he notably held the position of head of high-yield portfolios within CPR AM then Crédit Agricole Asset Management.
A credit trader at Chase Manhattan Bank between 1983 and 1987, he was previously a credit analyst at Banque La Hénin between 1980 and 1983.
He holds a DEA in Banking and Finance from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
