Kathy Xu

Ms. Kathy Xu is a Portfolio Manager at Matthews Global Investors (Hong Kong) Ltd. Prior to joining the firm in 2026, Ms. Xu was a Research Analyst at Artisan Partner conducting fundamental research as a sector specialist covering consumer, internet and logistics companies.
Previously she interned at CICC Capital Management Generation Fund where she assisted with company research of advanced manufacturing, medical treatment and consumption companies.
Before that, she was an intern with Heyi Capital where she conducted company analysis of content consumption, education and recruitment start-ups.
He received a Master in Corporate Finance as well as a Bachelor in Economic and Finance degrees from Tsinghua University, School of Economics and Management.
