John M Slosar

Mr. John Slosar is General Partner at Nextwave Ventures, Inc. He is also a founding principal of the firm.
He has over 5 years of business experience.
Previously, Mr. Slosar served as Chairman and CEO of Triniti Global Executive Search, with offices in Berlin, Detroit, Hyderabad (India), Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, San Diego and Tokyo.
Prior to this, he served as President of U.S.
Operations for Boyden from 1996 through 2002, and began his search career in 1994 with Canny, Bowen, a New York based firm, serving as Senior Vice President and Director.
He also held senior through officer level human resources and business planning positions in his 35 years within Ford Motor Company, which included assignments at corporate, division, and plant levels within manufacturing/assembly and sales and marketing divisions both domestic and international operations and includes serving as labor strategist twice a member of Ford's National Negotiating Team with the United Auto Workers.
He served as an inside director on several company wholly-owned subsidiaries and joint venture boards as well as outside director of diversified corporations and non-profit organizations.
He formerly served on the Board of the American Executives Search Consultants (New York) and is a Director of the Board of Trustees of the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts (Virginia).
Mr. Slosar received a Bachelor of Science Undergraduate Degree in Chemistry from John Carroll University and earned his Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Detroit.
