A native Nashvillian, Mr. Glennon is Managing Director and brings to the firm 27 years of investment experience.
Prior to joining Avondale, he served 2 years as Managing Director of the Nashville market for Stanford Group.
From 1991 to 2006 he was a Financial Consultant with Smith Barney, advising the needs of individuals, corporate executives, professionals, businesses, trusts, endowments and defined contribution 401(k)plans.
From 1982 to 1991, he was Senior Vice President, Branch Manager, for Dean Witter Reynolds in Nashville, TN, WinterPark, FL and Tampa, FL.
Mr. Glennon currently serves on the Board of the Nashville Opera and the Investment Committee of the Catholic Diocese of Nashville.
He has previously served on the Boards of Father Ryan High School, Green Hills Rotary and Sales and Marketing Executives of Nashville.
He resides in Nashville with his wife and son.
Mr. Glennon received his BBA degree from the University of Memphis and is also a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton Business School Branch Manager Institute.
