Jac Verhaegen

Jac Verhaegen has been a Member of the Global Board of Directors for MasterCard, Inc. since June 2002 and is a Member of the European Regional Board.
He was Senior Executive Officer of Rabobank and a Member of the Executive Board.
He joined Rabobank in 1979 and was Deputy General Manager of Retail Banking until 1984.
From 1993 to 1998, Mr. Verhaegen was General Manager of Payment Services.
He was General Manager of the System Development Department and Operations for Rabobank International from 1989 to 1993.
He was a Member of the Managing Board for the Local Banks Division of Rabobank from 1998 to 2001.
