Lewis served as the President of RE from 2015 to 2018.
Prior to that, he was the Chief Legal Officer & Senior Vice President of RE from 2004 to 2014.
He also worked as the Director of nCoat, Inc. in 2007 and as the Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel & VP of American Health Properties, Inc. from 1991 to 1995.
Additionally, he held the position of VP-Corporate Development & General Counsel at Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc. Mr. Lewis received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University in 1980, his graduate degree from the University of Virginia in 1983, and his MBA from The University of Colorado in 1994.
