David M.

Bard, Inc. (New Jersey), Squire Sanders (US) LLP, Vickers America Holdings Inc, and Sea-Land Service, Inc. He was also a Member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
As for his education, he received his undergraduate degree in 1973 from the State University of New York at Buffalo, his graduate degree in 1978 from the same institution, his graduate degree in 1975 from the University of Cincinnati (Ohio), and his graduate degree in law from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School.
Currently, Mr. Ascher is a Member of the Association of Corporate Counsel.
