Cynthia Pallman-David

Cynthia Pallman-David is Managing Director of Bonnell Associates Ltd. She is a Member of Pi Sigma Alpha (National Political Science Honor Society), the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment, and the Human Resources Planning Society and Western New England College.
Prior to joining The Hartford, she worked for ExecuNet, Inc. Previously, Ms. Pallman-David was an Executive of The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. She began her career in retained executive search with Bonnell Associates Ltd. She was appointed at Capital One Financial in 1998.
Ms. Pallman-David was a Research Assistant for the Providence College Political Science Data Center and held various research positions at Miriam Hospital.
She has over 18 years of experience in executive and professional recruiting, research, general management, and consulting.
Ms. Pallman-David received a BA degree in Political Science from Providence College.
