Carlo founded DVRCAPITAL in 2007.
In his long career as an investment banker, Carlo has worked on more than 300 transactions advising numerous private equity firms and entrepreneurs, and acquiring a specific expertise in the food, fashion and consumer sectors.
He currently serves as board member of Hippocrates Holding SpA (Italian pharmacy netwok).
Carlo started off his career at Kidder Peabody’s New York offices with subsequent experiences in Deloitte’s corporate finance team in London and in Fineurop Soditic as a Senior Partner.
Carlo graduated from Università Cattolica of Milan and speaks English and Italian.
